Access Care LLC is an adult day and health center seeking a highly motivated and organized Transportation Manager to oversee daily transportation operations, manage a team of drivers, and ensure the safe, timely, and efficient transport of our patients. This position plays a critical role in delivering high-quality service while maintaining compliance with transportation regulations.

Job Duties:

• Manage and supervise all drivers
• Coordinate routes and dispatch drivers for timely patient pick-up and drop-off, making adjustments as needed
• Ensure Compliance with local, state, and federal transportation regulations
• Maintain positive communication with the State transportation offices
• Communicate clearly and effectively with drivers, patients, and internal staff
• Hire, train, and coach new drivers
• Maintain records related to driver performance and transportation operations

Requirements:

• Management experience
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Bilingual (preferred, not required)
• Must be at least 25 years old
• Good driving experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and people skills
• Self-motivated and quick to learn, able to make fast decisions within regulation
• Valid driver's license
• No driving violations on record within the past 3 years
• Comfortable working in a team environment
