A faith-based nonprofit organization in Louisville is seeking a mission-driven Administrative Assistant to support its day-to-day operations and community outreach programs. This vital role combines strong administrative skills with a heart for service, helping to coordinate activities such as food distribution, clothing support, and faith-centered services for individuals in need.


Key Responsibilities

Administrative & Operational Support
- Manage schedules, emails, phone calls, and communication for leadership staff.
- Organize digital and physical files to ensure easy access to information.
- Prepare reports, documents, and presentations as needed.
- Order supplies, print materials, and assist with general office management tasks.

Data Entry & Management

- Maintain accurate records of clients, volunteers, and donors.
- Track and update data for reporting and program evaluation.

Grant Reporting & Compliance

- Assist with compiling and submitting grant reports.
- Monitor deadlines and ensure timely, accurate data collection.

Project & Event Coordination

- Help coordinate volunteer orientations, meetings, and special events.
- Support project timelines and track key deliverables.

Other Duties

- Take on various tasks to support the evolving needs of a dynamic nonprofit environment.


Qualifications

- High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
- Experience as an administrative or executive assistant (required).
- Nonprofit experience and familiarity with CRM/database systems (preferred).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and basic data systems.
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
- Bilingual in Spanish/English is a plus.
