Join us on September 10th for a keynote and family panel discussion featuring three generations of this 60-year-old, $250M family-owned restaurant company. The family will discuss the importance of core values and mission, the choice on entering the family business, next-generation preparation and requirements, succession planning, innovation, decision making, and more! 

Donatos Pizza was founded in 1963 by Jane’s father, Jim Grote, on the south side of Columbus, Ohio. As a then 19-year-old, Jim started the company with $1,300 and a vision to treat others the way he wanted to be treated and lead with love in every decision he made while serving the best pizza and making people’s day a little better. From those humble beginnings, Donatos Pizza is now served in more than 470 locations in 28 states. 

Panel discussion will feature Jane Grote and two of the next-generation family members, Tony Capuano, and Brie Williams, and will be facilitated by Vaughan Scott.
