The Emerging Leaders Academy is a half-day, focused leadership program designed for new and emerging leaders who are stepping into greater responsibility. Participants will gain clarity, confidence, and proven tools for developing core leadership skills, navigating different personalities and generations, and building trust and credibility as a leader. This interactive session blends concepts with real-world examples, equipping attendees with a leadership playbook they can use immediately — and a stronger foundation for continued growth.
